Who it applies to

Everyone who speaks for the agency: scouts, Junior Managers, Senior Managers and staff.

Be honest about the model

We are an agency. The platform's agency programme pays us a commission on creators' diamonds. The creator keeps their own payout and gets half of the commission as a bonus. Scouts and managers are paid only from the agency's other half, never from the creator and never for recruiting itself. Say this plainly when you are asked.

No earnings promises

Never promise income, followers or results. Estimates are estimates.

No pressure

No spam DMs. No pushing. No fake accounts. No gifts or incentives to sign up. If someone says no, that is the end of it.

Under 18

Never contact anyone under 18. If you find out a person is under 18, stop.

Consent and data

Use only contact details the person gave for this purpose. Do not take screenshots of private chats. Do not share creators' numbers or data.

No payments between scouts and creators

Money flows only through the agency's statements.

Paid for real activity only

Scouts are paid only from real creator activity, never for the number of people they recruit.

Report concerns

If you see something wrong, tell the agency through the contact form.

Consequences

A warning, a pause or termination of the agreement, depending on how serious it is.
