1. Who we are

Radio Robin Agency is run by Radio Robin Online, a Danish company. We are independent of TikTok.

2. What the agency does

We offer coaching, planning, matchmaking, campaign opportunities and practical help to LIVE creators. See Services.

3. No fees, no share of gifts

It never costs you anything, and we never take a share of your LIVE gifts.

4. Your obligations

You use your own account, follow the platform's rules, and are 18 or older.

5. Our obligations

We give you a fixed contact person, honest feedback and clear information. We make no promises about income or followers.

6. Campaigns

Taking part in a campaign is always your choice. Terms are explained for each campaign.

7. Termination

You can terminate at any time. The notice period is as stated in your agreement.

8. Data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

The terms are versioned and dated. We will tell you about material changes.
