Written agreement
If we both want to go ahead, we put it in a written agreement.
Onboarding and weekly rhythm
We get you started and settle into a weekly rhythm of coaching and follow-up.

It costs nothing, and you get a bonus
Joining costs nothing. You keep your own payout from the platform. The agency programme pays us a commission on your diamonds, and you receive 50 % of that commission as a bonus. The agency keeps the other half, and our scouts and managers are paid from that half only. See the calculation
Leaving
No commitment beyond what the agreement says. You can always terminate; the notice period is stated in the agreement.
